# Bắt đầu sử dụng GOOGLE MEET cho tất cả cuộc họp online

**Kính gửi Anh/Chị,**

Nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả làm việc trực tuyến và tối ưu trải nghiệm họp online với cá đối tác bên trong và bên ngoài HAUS, **công ty chính thức triển khai sử dụng Google Meet bản doanh nghiệp (Google Workspace)** kể từ hôm nay.

Việc sử dụng tài khoản công ty giúp:

2. **Tạo cuộc họp:**
    
    
    - Vào trang <a class="gmail-decorated-link gmail-cursor-pointer" rel="noopener">https://meet.google.com</a> → Chọn **“Cuộc họp mới” (New meeting)**.
    - Hoặc vào **Google Calendar** → chọn **Tạo sự kiện** → nhấn **“Thêm Google Meet”**.
    - Sao chép đường dẫn cuộc họp và chia sẻ cho người tham dự.
3. **Khi tham gia hoặc mời người khác:**
    
    
    - Ưu tiên dùng **tài khoản công ty** để tham gia.
    - Nếu mời đối tác bên ngoài, họ vẫn có thể tham dự mà không cần đăng nhập Google Workspace.
